About this event

Join us for an empowering four-part educational series for youth ages 15-17, based on the Bright Futures Guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics. Topics include mental health and coping skills, healthy relationships and sexuality and social media and technology use. The series concludes with a celebratory family meal and hands-on meal kit activity. Presented by NKC Health Pediatrics.
