About this event

This presentation explores the causes and mechanisms of repeated muscle strains and overuse injuries, with a focus on effective rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies. Participants will learn the key differences between tendinitis, an acute inflammatory tendon injury, and tendinosis, a chronic degenerative condition caused by repetitive stress, as well as evidence-based approaches to recovery, strengthening, and reducing the risk of reinjury. Presented by Kyle Christopher, DPT, PT.
