Spots are limited. Proceed through the screening questions to schedule your appointment. If appointment slots are full, you’ll still have the opportunity to schedule your mammogram on a date outside of this event.
As a thank-you, everyone who schedules a mammogram appointment at EmpowerHER Day will receive a free gift.
