September 1, 2020Categories: PRESS RELEASE
North Kansas City Hospital was recognized by Forbes as the fourth Best Employer in Missouri. Spanning various industries, 90 businesses comprised Missouri’s “Best-in-State Employers” list.
“As a healthcare organization, it’s important to support our staff so they can provide patients with the care they need,” said Stephen Reintjes Sr., MD, president and CEO of North Kansas City Hospital and Meritas Health. “We’re honored to have employees recognize our efforts, making us the best hospital employer in the state.”
Methodology
For its second annual list, Forbes partnered with research company Statista to identify the employers liked best by employees. To determine America’s best employers by state, Statista anonymously surveyed 80,000 Americans working for businesses with 500+ employees in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Between October 2019 and May 2020, groups of participants were surveyed using online panels, providing a representative sample of the U.S. workforce.
