Discover the joy of exercise, wellness, creative arts, culture, and therapeutic writing and reflection in our engaging program. Facilitated by a healthcare professional, this 12-week program is for seniors over 60 experiencing loneliness or lack of social support. Members should be physically able to attend group meetings, open to making new friends and willing to participate in engaging activities.
